Pricing Information
Prices shown are per apartment per day. The price shown does not include breakfast, nor the local tourist tax of € 3.70 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.
Supplements & reductions
- Breakfast: breakfast can be requested at time of booking, or on site. You can choose between five different options, and we will deliver it straight to your apartment at the time of your choice.
- Additional guests: surcharge of € 30.00 per person for extra beds (over standard occupancy)
Booking information
Booking conditions
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay. A booking only becomes binding after receipt of the deposit, and the guest will be sent written confirmation.

Cancellation policy
- For cancellations in the period up to 30 days prior to arrival date: the deposit already paid will be withheld, but no further charges will be made.
- For cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total price
- For cancellations between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival date: 70% of the total price
- For cancellations within 7 days of arrival date: 90% of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
